A Message From the Managing Partner

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the career section of the VMSW website. With these few pages we will attempt to convey the enthusiasm and spirit that makes VMSW a very special place to work.

Learning is a career-long pursuit at VMSW. We believe we will do a better job of caring for our customers, and caring for each other, if we continually get better at what we do.

Early in your career you will focus on your technical skills.  We will do whatever it takes to help you achieve your professional accreditation. Then, as you evolve into an accomplished professional, you will gain the confidence that comes with understanding the important “soft skills”. Eventually, in your time, you will be ready for the mantle of leadership for which you will be well prepared.

We have always recognized that our people have much to contribute in areas of management and customer care. The letter “I” does appear in the VMSW Team - Intelligence, Innovation.
