Accreditation Award We understand and value the time and commitment required to successfully achieve accreditation as a CA, CGA or CMA. VMSW people who receive their accounting designation are awarded a bonus in recognition of their professional excellence.
Associations and Memberships Professional associations and business memberships are very valuable to VMSW, and to our people as individuals. We encourage involvement and cover the fees and dues.
Flexible time Unique people have unique needs. We provide flexible work periods to accommodate the personal needs of our people. Our flexible time policy helps contribute to a good balance between work and life.
Work at home Our considerable investment in technology has allowed us to contribute further to the work/life balance of our people. After an appropriate period of employment our people are able to work from home occasionally to help them with their family and other demands of a busy life.
